Yes, we have used them several times and they have always gotten
us good prices and trouble-free travel arrangements. We plan to
use them again this fall if we go back to Playa. They also offer
very good travel insurance, which is advisable especially if you
are traveling during the summer or fall. Not all travel agents
seem to do this.

My husband and I travel on 2 big trips a year. I have always
used my local travel agent to book, but with my recent research
on the Grand, have found this travel agency. I was very hesitant
at first to book with a company over the phone but I went ahead
with it anyway because IRENE was able to get me a great price.
This trip is extremely important to my husband and me because we
are taking my family with us this time to show them the
grandness of the grand! Irene was knowledgeable on the resort
and was able to book us three rooms and transportation. After
final payment, we received our travel documents immediately. The
documents came very organized and neat. I appreciate this as I
am an organized person and like everything perfect when I
travel. I am extremely pleased with the service that Irene has
